Therapy is an ambitious journey to understand how you came to be where you are, try on new ways of being, and relate differently to the world around us.

I provide a therapeutic space for you to process the difficulties of your past and present, as you venture to understand and change the patterns that prevent you from having the life that you want. I will support you as you create a life that is more true to yourself and deeply fulfilling.

I work psychodynamically with all clients, focusing on couples, polyamory and non-monogamous relationships, people of color, queer, and other non-conforming folks.

  • We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection.

  • The goal of psychoanalytic treatment ... is to expand freedom and choice by helping people to become more mindful of their experience in the here and now.
